I feel like parts of this story is just unnecessary. Like this would be a great story, without all the dungeon awakening bullshit. Just the dude trying to steal his father's company from his siblings, using something more based in economy or even using the law, something slightly more realistic. But such a story would be a lot more complicated to write. Right now that aspect of the story just feels a bit out of place.

You always need a B-Plot: it may seem unnecessary now, however, it should add more complexity later on down the road. That's not to say it isn't janky. It did hint to the swarms of monsters coming later.

I'm enjoying the story. I like ghe small tease/hint and then continuation of the beginning of the character development. The dungeon will be accessible once he gets k be class C since classes F-E-D are most doing small quests aka what happened in the company, struggle with his siblings, recruiting more people, and getting more familiar with the father.

They genuinely worry for MC, and loyally sticks and protects him. Hope there'll be a backstory as to why the guards patiently stays with the old trashy host... unless they're just that serious about their job.
