A few points:
-unless the patient reports symptoms, papilledema has little to no externally observable signs so you need a fundoscopic (check the inside of the eye with an ophthalmoscope) exam to check for that
-a vasopressor is not an analgesic, it is used to elevate blood pressure by making the heart pump more efficiently and/or increasing constriction of blood vessels to improve cardiac output and venous return, respectively
Still confused with a few things (Is Proctology under or separate from GS? A department can't be under another department) but the drama is great. Thanks for the translation.
