Trying to find a manga

Its a somewhat old black-and-white manga. I think its about a regular blond girl who got really old and didn't get the change to fall in love. She meets some guy who can turn into a black cat/panther (?) and goes back in time to when she was younger. He tries to help her get together with another guy but I think they end up together.
