@Disappointed he effectively is a god and probably is far more powerful than the goddess, but his naive mindset and him both deliberately and unconsciously downplaying himself makes him unable to actually use all that power. (that bucket and ocean analogy he made is pretty apt actually, though i'd say it'd be better to describe him as having enough "water" to fill a solar system) . point is yea, it is interesting, i actually like when the handicap is a mental one rather than something you can train away (not that the training away one is bad) as those sorts of things require a lot more effort to work around
