is actually a seriously OP power, being an actual god tier power. However, Bug Goddess apparently figured out it drops several tiers as a divine gift if you take out even one language, so its a shortcut she came up with on the spot to having to come up with an understanding power to give him. The OP part, is its literally every language in existence, except for the 1 common language of her hyumans. It comes up

after he makes a deal with her to get the common language added, and she almost kills him giving it to him (not that she realizes it, its just weirdly hard for her to cram the 1 language in), cause she forgot that restoring the missing language returns the power she gave him to a high tier divine gift. Another God has to show up a few days later and help him before he bursts
