My problem here is that she really doesn't have much personality. On one hand she's shy and quiet, doesn't have much interaction with people, and that's fine. But on the other hand she doesn't seem to have much inner life either--no hobbies, no interests, no arts or crafts or skills, no philosophy, no quirks. She's empty. Which makes her kind of boring.
