Is it just me or do I think that this manga have a bit too much sex in it. I'm new to yaoi so I guess I am an absolute amatuer

@EnderWin there are many kinds of yaoi. On one hand, you might find yaoi with sex scenes only once or so. On the other hand, you might find yaoi with sex scenes every chapter.
There's nothing wrong if you prefer less of them, you can generalize the ones with smut tag would have more of them (or check out shounen ai, they have none of them). But as for me, frequency is not the main problem in this genre. You could expect more problematic sex scenes on some manga, with abrupt development or uncomfortable situation, which i don't think this applies to.
