@Gotham2298 I think the plan is to have them send "Estien" away to the countryside. Once you're there you're deemed mostly irrelevant to society so they won't notice.

Even if she didn't get pregnant, she'd have to be away from her knight's post for days even weeks at a time (e.g. if there is an event/they have to go away). There's no way she could keep up a double life until then.
