Alright, Bow has some luggage dragging behind her. Mai also mentioned it in chapter (4 or 5?) that she wished she was there for Bow. But Mai doesn't appear to know what Bows secret is.

I hope their lives improve. I was hoping this route wouldn’t happen but this chapter pretty much confirms it’s the teacher, right? He picks her up from fainting and then she’s in the shower being threatened. I will riot if he’s not brought to justice in the end.
