Usogui - Vol. 34 Ch. 372 - A Profound Darkness

Compared to the beginning of this manga Kaji certainly grew up a lot but he still gets overconfident, makes mistakes and gets outsmarted.

If Kaji survives the pistol shot once again I don't see how the sword-iron shield will be a decisive round meaning there will be a 4th game where both of them are slowly running out of bios/life.

Holy fuck that cliffhanger
Pls tell me the update doesnt end here

Also lol Kadokura was absolutely helping Kaji. Guess its nice to see it happening for the protagonists for once.

So wait, is Floyd actually under the impression that Kaji gained more than 10000 bios? I couldn't really tell.

If so, he might've just bet more than he needed to. Assuming Kaji didn't bet much this round, he could have a chance to out bet Floyd next round.

Kaji run! It's a gun!

@saxifraga
Kadokura could have given him up to 20k, using Ryuusei and Champ as collateral, and Floyd is conspiracy-paranoid, so he's at least a bit worried that Kaji got the full 20k. He probably reasoned out that Ryuusei wouldn't be willing though, since Ryuusei refused to wager himself for this gamble match. He's still paranoid over Kaji having reserves all the same I suppose, though.

That "talent" Boro brings up reminds me of the start of the hangman gamble, where Yakou only got involved once Kaji fired the gun and was in danger of being retaliated against. Feels like a bit of a stretch to call it an actual manifestation of said "talent", but it certainly is interesting to remember.

As for this match, I'm pretty sure if (when) Kaji survives getting shot (again), he'll be able to end this game on the next round. I still don't believe Floyd can lift the shield in time to block Kaji. By the way, does that sword have a dull end? I imagine if Kaji can knock Floyd out of the white line with the dull end, he'll still win.

I'm confused as to how this game is supposed to end. Kaji showed he was unwilling to shoot Floyd, doesn't that mean he's unwilling to use the sword on Floyd as well? How is Kaji supposed to win this??

I just want to know what the fucking winning condition ACTUALLY is. Is it really just a battle of wills? It's kinda disappointing for a Kakerou gamble, in my opinion, especially when one of the participants is Kaji and we know a lot more about him than about the opponent Floyd.
