Vague recollection of a body swap manga... Help.

I've been trying to remember a manga I read a couple of years back. It involves a boy and a girl switching bodies but then it turns out later that they had originally swapped bodies when they were very young and didn't remember it. So they are adjusting to being back in their original bodies. If I recall correctly, their parents knew about it. I don't remember if the two characters are siblings, cousins, or friends. I also don't remember if it was a series of a one-shot. There's also a 10% chance it's hentai and I just don't remember. Most important part is the body swap was unbeknownst to the two characters technically an un-swap.

Please help.
