I would've preferred an open-ended ending where the the misunderstandings blow up and become worse except for the few people around her who knew. That, or they should have used at least two chapters. Because pushing every side character into a reveal left some of the more heavy characters to only get a single koma when they deserved a lot more.
I wish this lasted few more chapters for her friends and people around her to get used to her smiling! Not that I dislike this ending but it felt rushed
Man what a rushed ending, I'm so conflicted right now. On one hand I'm happy that it was actually finished and not just left there forever, on the other hand it really could have used a couple more chapters to actually tie things up properly.
That's the default fate of most magazine serialized yonkomas, which in my perspective, are like hanging out with friends (because most of them focus on characters, their personalities, interactions, and complexities of their social network). You do stuff, stuff's happening, everyone's having fun, and then you suddenly realize it's time to go home, because people start losing interest, though they don't show it that much. From there, you start looking for excuses to leave and jump on the first opportunity to do so, no matter how trivial or abrupt it seems.
Either that, or you get kicked out of the bar.
Anyway, thanks for the translating team for seeing this series to it's conclusion.
