I feel like more often than not these types of manga (boy crossdresser x girl) are translated and mistaking for Yuri only for the person behind the translation figure out it's not Yuri.

And promptly dropped mid translation

Seems like someone who enjoys cross-dressing, though I'm sure some might interpret it as transgender but not out yet. Based on the author's other works though it seems like someone who enjoys cross-dressing.

Every single character that doesn't say "hey I a boy" while cross-dressing in a manga is represented as gender non-conforming to these people. And wrongly labeled as trans.
