But there are people who upload manga, scan them, translate them, clean them, or stuff like that. I was wondering if I could help with stuff like that, though I'm not any good at drawing.

Post in groups board. Though I'm a shameless leech, and don't have the time to even help. There are groups that will teach you the ropes. Probably easiest to learn would be typesetting or Quality checking.

And @Killjoynik you can either participate as an uploader and add missing translated chapters (from old teams, do not add chapters of teams who chose not to upload here), or join a group to produce new chapters (you should take a look at what the different roles are before applying to a group).
