What was That Manga Again?

So im looking for this HILARIOUS manga I read way back when. Yes. I have tried a refined search but my efforts proved fruitless. It's a completed series
Here's the plot -
After the death of their mother two boys(Big brother and little brother) are left with there drunk of a stepfather. Deciding to take their chances on the road they run away to Tokyo chasing dreams of seeing pandas at the zoo. Broke after spending all their money on the train ride (The big bro is an moron while the little bro shows promise of growing up as a functioning member of society. )
They run into a shifty guy claiming to a be a tour guide and offers to show them to the zoo. He turns out to be a con man. Later they run into Johnny the rich boy run away. Soon somehow or another they try to start their own night service (nudge nudge) with names like "Chocho police" "dragon" and "Johnny boy". hilarity ensues and johnny ends up in "the land of toys".
All this within the first few chapters. There's more but its not really a straight forward plot more like comedic arc after comedic arc.
