What's the name of this manga?

So I'm looking for the name of a manga which is about a long haired lord who lives in a frozen northern country who has a provisional marriage with a short haired red-headed military woman and they go to live up north in his territory. The lat chapter I remember reading is one of the woman's male military friends came to visit her and thinks that the man's servant is the one she married. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
