So, I was reading that thread about awful manhua and it made me think of a pretty...interesting one I partially read a while back.
Girl A is dying from a heart disease, Boy B is a doctor and has a onesided crush on Girl A (I think?), Girl C recently died, Boy D is Girl C's fiance or something.
So, Boy B transplants Girl C's heart into Girl A.
Boy D somehow finds out and is pissed because he thinks that the doctors didn't try hard enough to save her (Girl C)? Anyway, he (Boy D) forces Girl A to date him because she now has his dead fiance's heart. I don't know what happens next.
Does this ring any bells?
