Aruku Hito - Nice guy taking walks and stuff. Highly concentrated comfiness, but virtually no plot.

Fluffy Post-apoctolyptic one completed and in the top rated back in Batoto days. Not sure how close this is to what your looking for, but its one I generally recommend to everyone. Vastly diffrent from anything else I have read. Truly a great story.

But, before that... I cannot for the life of me remember what 'wholesome' is...
All that I hear in my head right now is 'wholesome' definitions from NGNL.... which is probably not what you want.
