Why Was My Upload Edited?

I uploaded a title yesterday and reported it for a few corrections I forgot and to add tags (https://mangadex.org/thread/59966) I look at it today and the title has been switched from English to romaji and the description has been wiped out entirely for a copy/paste. Why?

@Samhill Not uncommon for users to use the description on MangaUpdates instead of a self-written one if they think it's better. The romaji title seems like it's also based on MangaUpdates info as well. Of course, you can always report the manga to have the info changed again. But we have no policy for what the title should be, a mix between choosing the official and how the series is most well known
