Hey hun, we can always use more active scanlators in the community, but sniping (picking up a project that is being actively translated already) is considered to be quite rude to the group that was already working on it. Like saying that their work isn’t good enough or worthwhile, undermining their efforts and belittling all the time and effort they put into it.

Please don't work on a series that a group of people are already working on, especially when they upload regularly. Those people do scanlations during their free time and sniping it would be like shitting on their effort. If you want to scanlate so bad, please direct your effort on a series that had been dropped or haven't been scanlated yet. A lot of people would thank you for that. :)
