It can be very dangerous, But If it not hit any bond, Then there are just meat bruise. again, depend on how you land, it can last for for days to week, but sometime it just 10-30 minutes. I second that. I fell slipped down the stairs at home and got up asap to run to my morning class. It hurt for the rest of the day and I found out later that week that I'd smashed my tailbone in. Really depends on how the person fell and sometimes the adrenalin kicks in from the fall.
