@cromat There's currently 14 chapters, we're doing up to chapter 5 (which is all of volume 1). Volume 2 stuff will be done whenever a digital ebook release of that comes out, or someone decides to scan that volume's content for us (I don't like scanning physical manga because it's annoying, which is why I haven't gotten around to doing All-Stars yet). That said, they're still fighting Onigashira in the latest chapter, so you aren't missing out on any major world-changing escapades right now.

Fukumoto is currently drawing this and Kaiji. Shin Kuro ended in March, but the collected volumes are still coming out. I assume volume 21 or 22 will be the last one.
