I mentioned this on a previous post, international roaming data can take up to two bill cycles to process. You should never enable international roaming on your mobile service, instead unlock your phone, use a prepaid service with data plan, and use a messaging app for voice/messaging instead of paying the ripoff international roaming scandal offers.
