They also have this kind of company huh ? i though only only place like our "shithole" we have these kind of dump boss.
Always demand and expect everything from employer. For customer, newbie or veteran are the same ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. that right, but not the one who hire them. I still don't understand how even they face with that cycle a lot, they don't learn anything and always in position lack of employer. I used to work on a small business where the boss actually have vision. they teach newbie from the baby step even for the one have experiment that work at somewhere else before

Having worked in retail I honestly cannot imagine a boss being so clueless, but I can believe these people exist, and not just in Japan.
The only thing that peeves me off, is the Japanese-mentality that "you gotta apologize and bend down no matter what". The good thing about part-time jobs, is that there's no reason to fight for your luxurious career at Walmart. But I get the feeling that we wouldn't be getting any of that in a manga.
