As a starting point, I'd like to point out the drawing felt very similar to another artist, so I checked and ... Looks like he was Kakizaki Masasumi's assistant at some point (Rainbow, Green Blood, Hideout, Toujuushi Bestialious ).
So, no need to say that the drawing felt very good, and matched (imo) the fight scenes.
For the story, it's probably the weak point. It was overall fine, but very easy going and very classic. Straight forward.
And the "cuts" in the scenes were too fast, no time for mourn/accept things/etc. But it's also probably related to the fact that, this story could have been drawn in 5 volumes and lengthen a bit certain scenes. Everything felt too fast.
So as a conclusion, I'd say you can't go wrong by reading this if you like martial fights and a good drawing. But you'll probably forget this reading after a few other work in between.
