Yuukyuu no Gusha Asley no, Kenja no Susume - Vol. 3 Ch. 17

Like hell I would sign a blank contract. Way to go MC!

Also, nice 'shut the F up' to the morons pretending to be big shots when they're all below MC. Know your places mobs.

Can someone point out what changed in the contract? I know what in text, but when I compared the two contract images they were the exact same...?

Am I missing something? I think page 11 bottom right is incorrect from the redraw.

I can't believe that kind of contract is a thing there. It doens't even have a termination date so people who sign it are basically slaves for life lmao

Yeah, the second copy of the contract looked the same to me. I'm guessing they just forgot to redo the text for it.

Hi hi, i read it on the comments on magasushi so i don't know if it's accurate but afaik Asley changed all "1st party" for "2nd party" so the contract would say that the second party had to comply with all the estipulaitons meant to be applied to the first party (the mage and apprentice) making the contract pointless

1st party = MC
2nd party = black&white house

- 1st party will obey every rules and ideology of black or white house
he turned it to
- 2nd party will obey every rules and ideology of black or white house

with the subject being looped means the contract is meaningless

am i missing something from the edited contract or did the scanlation just make a mistake

@wanfai that's actually the point! He altered the binding magic circles, but not the ink on the page. THUS at first glance, it looks like he is bound by the magical contract because he signed the paper. However, the magic has been altered so the effect is meaningless. At least, I think that's what happened and why he actually explained what he did to Pochi. After all, Pochi can read so if the text had changed then she probably would have been commenting on it instead of him.

@icarushector He actually edited ink on the page, you can see it right before the 2nd time we see full contract (page 11). Scan team forgot to edit the 2nd contract to show the change.

Man, fuck flying or invisibility or whatever other generic superpowers people always say they wish they had. I wish I had the power to manipulate a contract and actually make it binding. It'd give me a chance to fuck over Bell, Cogeco, Fido, my old landlord, my bank, and whoever else has fucked me over with shit contracts over the years.
