1. Black campaigning to destroy the opponent's reputation
2. Sabotaging their supply chain
3. Lowering their own prices untill much lower than the opponent to kill their customer base, and raising it again when the opponent's out

Business world is cruel. Sometimes you have to do something underhanded to curb the competition.
