That's Resident Evil: Revelations. If this manhua started in 2015, then the game would've been only three years by that point. Weirder, still, it was a 3DS exclusive at launch, and didn't see a release on PC for another year.

What I'm trying to say is, either the author set this story far enough in the future that his daughter could plausibly be capable of walking and talking, or Ke'er is a two year old prodigy.
