Honestly the affection meter isn't measuring "Love" or "Emotional affection" it's just measuring physical attraction and lust. Love and emotional attachment doesn't fluctuate that easily.

@icekatze I know that’s the reason I don’t like him. The only reason I’m not going off completely is the fact that such a flaw makes them more human.
