@AaniK did a quick google search and one method to treat BQQ's problem is, indeed, to nurse more. there's nothing i've read about the--ahem--force applied, but it's encouraged to try feeding the baby and even try different positions. massaging and applying heat are other ways of helping with clogged milk ducts.
