The chapter definitely seemed pretty poorly translated originally, in that nothing really made sense. Typesetting wasn't bad which I think people notice most easily, but if your translation skill is weak I would advise against translating yourself.

I wish the scanlators updated this more often... I saw the most recent chapters and I really wish we were caught up, but at the rate of current translations will be there in 10 years.

@dwhite1 Chapter 138 is only up to the end of volume 16, which was released in December. Official translations already released volume 17, up to chapter 148. This can be bought online or found on nyaa. Fan translations for 160+ are also still on wattpad: https://www.wattpad.com/user/lolfoools.
