Everyone in the comments seems to be anticipating the Idol friend to call out Mikatan on her bad behavior, but I would also advise them to also anticipate the possibility that the idol friend will probably either think that Masaki is a stalker and possibly the one who's starting the rumors against Mikatan.

We don't know why the idol friend came to talk about exactly. Sure it more than likely has something to do with the online rumors about Mikatan but we don't know if that's to talk about why Mikatan is orchestrating the whole thing (although given how Mikatan has been inconspicuous about her sadism in the past and how other people outside of Masaki have interacted with her before I doubt anyone truly knows what Mikatan's really like) or if she's her to comfort Mikatan and to make sure if the rumors are true or not.
