It was not "foreshadowed" she literally asked him to help her bid for the robe 2 chapters ago, not hints or anything. If someone gets spoiled by that then that just means they didn't actually read the previous chapters.

I really like the pace of this manga, it doesn't draw out more then needed by making the characters completely oblivious as many other of that genre do.

@Azsy publishing delays are reasonable, fan scanlations are free but have still a bit of cost for the groups, they most of the time make that back from donations or ads on their website, for that people need to actually visit the site. If they permit sites like mangadex to host their scanlations...
