@Azsy if the delay between every chapter is always the same, we get them at same intervals reading here as we get from reading on TL'ers site, just at a couple days to couple days later, so I see no reason care about it. And also gaining ad revenue, and directing people to the site with donation button to them, to help keep the translations going is a fine reason.

For some reason, I particularly like his offer to keep a boat for the father. I don't know, it just seems like an offer that really ameliorate his concerns. I guess it was because I was just expecting the MC to just explain the border town is safer and stuff. But an offer to a way to escape really addresses his concern in the scenario of a massive failure.

@Azsy publishing delays are reasonable, fan scanlations are free but have still a bit of cost for the groups, they most of the time make that back from donations or ads on their website, for that people need to actually visit the site. If they permit sites like mangadex to host their scanlations immediately then no one would visit their website. And after all we are not entitled to their work so just be happy that you can read manga you would need to learn a new language for normally

@RhoninFire Its a simple and easy persuasive skill. People want to be relieved of concerns.
No famine, no hard life etc etc
Obviously, they don't like perfect either. That's why we aren't perfect.
If there wouldn't be war, people would multiply like dunno, ants and nothing would progress because there isn't competition.
People will remain stupid and won't experience any hardships.
There will be no more "distinction" but same thing over and over again.
