@Jakeandhistoe yeah, I've had time to read chapter 14 now & I agree! It paints out Asa's parents' personalities pretty clearly, I guess maybe the argument we were shown here isn't all that important/wasn't given that much attention/care, as it's just supposed to lead into a more thorough look...
