I think this series just got overall worse when GCUP was introduced. Since then it's been all militarised, all combat, no fun.

Loved this chapter. It's not a forced pairing: it's a joke chapter. It's poking fun at the shoujo manga they were talking about. The framework, the backgrounds, the story, the reactions, the panel-lining etc.

Y'all are missing the point. The MC wasn't equating their actions at all, and he fully believed the rapist was the worse person by virtue of being a rapist. He realises that, regardless of the other dude being worse, he's still being irresponsible by shouldering her burdens. He's a good person...
