I'm sad because it is over, and also because the ending is kinda sad (and also hopeful) too. I liked this manga. It took a lot of clichés (harem, overly-nice-yet-still-pretty-generic MC, et cetera), and makes them work in a somewhat novel fashion without turning into a full on...

@twinklecake I'm not super knowledgeable about the exact nature of the relationship between Japanese-culture and mental illness (I am just a mentally-ill weeabo), but I feel like you're evaluating this from a more "Western" perspective. Asian countries in general do not have a good track...

Kudos to the scanlator for bringing us this. I like it. It's like Death Note (and bunch of other stuff) only way better. I'm curious to see how this story will turn out. N is basically omnipotent (so long as there are electronics around), and isn't constrained by a bunch or arbitrary limitations...

Question: isn't violence against other players forbidden (black bullets don't count)? It's been a long time since I read the relevant chapters. I'm kinda confused as to how Shino's (or really anyone's) capacity for violence represents any kinda threat (asset, whatever) at all.

So far I think this may be the best harem (comedy) OF ALL TIME. It's a great deconstruction. It's got just the right amount self-awareness without being smug and obnoxious. The best non-comedy harem is obviously Grisaia. I guess the monogatari series is probably in there somewhere too.
