@KinGrove -- I was able to find to 16 with a quick google (Raffmanga), though I didn't read cuz it requires registration. The site indicates it ends at chapter 16, so you're probably right. Btw, the scanlation was released 4 years ago.

I agree w/ @monkey123, inexperienced team w/ no backup is just a waste; not to mention sending out female magicians, as they are the ones that give birth. They say human resources are scarce, but w/ how they're using them, it's as if there is an abundance.
