@DooMWhitex I've actually read the novel (a long time ago, my tastes were different tbh). Back then, before the isekai mania took off, SAO was a new thing. The novel had a nice power fantasy going for it, but today there are tons of novels and manga that pull it off better. I just dont think...

@supug I think the author was planning to make mc slowly overcome her weakness but it was taking so long the ratings went down and they had to settle for an unsatisfying ending. I mean, sure, it hammers down the message but at what cost? Ive never felt so much salt with work of fiction. Guess...

Ooh I remember this. Been a while. I like it but it reminds me of another manga with a very similar set up except the fake princess (saintess?) was a pretty girl. In that manga the mc never revealed herself because she was just too damn shy. It was kinda painful to read since the entire story...
