So Hime is in now places at once now. We know she can, but if she made a clone to go with Chilopoda's partner, why not bring Kokoro ? Also, Chilopoda, if you know exactly what's going on and the cats can't help directly, why not tell Oscar since he's here and he's your colleague.

@Thearpox It's quite literally Flora's mansion, as in she inherited it from a mysterious relative. It was explained in the first page of this manga.
