This might not be the second one you're looking for since it's not set in a coffee shop but it's similar if you want to give it a read!

Rumors of the archduke assaulting and hitting women? The knights that knew him for 10 years won't lie?
Is this implying that Chloe is in a bit of disbelief of those rumors? Didn't he kill a lady in front of her in like, chapter 1 or 2?
I thought the MC has the original Chloe's memories? Why doesn't she know what old Chloe did to Jacklyn? After her flashback, that comment in the beginning when she said Jacklyn wasn't rude this time seems kinda backhanded.
She doesn't have short hair but it's white! She doesn't particularly help people I think, though it's been a while since I've read it. This series somewhat has the theme of what you described but I'm not confident it's what you're looking for.

Oh my goodness, PLEASE let Lorenzo have a chance. Please end up with Lorenzo!!
I realise the story's not going to let that happen but I have a tiny, tiny hope that maybe it could. Lorenzo's too good, he must have something good coming for him. He's gotta.
I get that Alejandro's going through a...
I'm so conflicted on the story and what it's trying to do. Nekomata is thrown in the story so bluntly as a way of causing drama (which I guess it does) but choosing a rival love interest with this kind of possessiveness and the way he goes about it is so.. Specific? Like the author is trying to...
