@ImabotStw I thought that might be the case. She led into it horribly. Once she said that she viewed him as a brother or nephew, he stopped listening to anything she had to say. To be fair, she was telling him like it was; she saw him as something, then changed her views towards him.
@Mewples It might be those scales, but I don't think it would be Anubis. I don't think Anubis was one of those gods Thoth mentioned; granted, I only remember the name of one of them.
@Mewples Yeah, I was expecting a lot more intrigue. It felt like a slow burn type series, especially since it seemed like the goal was to fit all the conflicting myths, due to the different eras where each story/god would be dominant, into a single story.
@ArisenDresden In another manga, I could see it being really good. Not so much this one. The Albert House would also be villain protagonists in this case; the faction using them are described as the ones abusing their power.
That is a big red button that she is about to press.
EDIT: I get that she wants to be with Ursch, but at the same time, I kind of wish this would avoid the game route thing. Not like she can't pop over to see Ursch. Oh well. Still amusing.
@WhimsiCat To be fair to Nunally, he almost had a perfect romantic moment going with the air dance and then brought it back to their rivalry with the headbutt.
@VIVIT They already did instill fear in a great scale. Nue with her bull headed man rumor, and presumably Yukari with the end of the world business. In both cases things turned out in a relatively safe manner; one through the machinations of Mamizou and Reimu and the other through playing out in...
@fluffjunk13 She probably overheard what he defined their relationship as. It shouldn't be surprising to her, given all the issues she has trying to get him to open up to her.
@VIVIT The Moriya shrine gets some of its faith from youkai, Hijiri and her temple are aimed towards youkai, and Miko would never accept another ruler than herself on account of her arrogance. Not only that, but Kanako was the one that shot down the idea of Miko becoming the ruler of humans on...
That chapter where they were looking at massagers is going to haunt Natsumi. Yuuto's sister definitely thought the worst when she saw that, and this is not going to help. Hopefully drama is minimal.
@Swifft I didn't phrase that well. I wasn't disagreeing, I was stating that I can see how Azuma got to the depiction of Komachi's character from that same ending which shows that it is wrong.
>I consider that the same thing. She was describing what their literal after-lives (their dead states)...
