I have to say, if she wanted to make it look like suicide, getting physical was a bad idea. She's leaving behind clear signs of a struggle (the strangulation) and unavoidably some DNA samples (like under his fingernails as he scratches her arms. Say, where did you get those wounds?)
Did this series get axed? There's a pretty abrupt narrative jump between chapters 41 and 42, as in "Hello author-san, you have 2 chapters to wrap it up. Please make do as best as you can, kthanksbye."

You know Yatsude's in Serious Business mode when she opens her eyes. Next chapter is either going to be plot progress, evasive action, or HA HA MISUNDERSTANDINGS. Though the last option isn't really the type of humor this manga has been relying on.
