Legendary way to go out. So sad, but awesome. Really great way to end his character arc and underscore his relationship with Baku and how far he's come.
Until the end, he was truly the one who kills.
You know originally when I picked this manga up I thought the fight sequences were way too over the top and silly, and took time away from the fun mindgames I was expecting. But sometime around the Minowa fight I started to really enjoy them. The way they're drawn is fantastic and they really...
Lalo's current allies are pretty cool, but man I miss Voja and Caracal.
It looks like the theory that Kyara might win but be too hurt to really continue could hold water. Jonglyo will probably mess him up pretty bad. He's handled almost all of the fighting so far so it'll be interesting to see...
Awesome set up. Genuinely don't know what will happen here. Kyara's been on such a dominant streak its hard to believe he actually lost to Marco once. Tons of death flags, and it doesn't make much sense for Lalo to lose almost all his allies so early, but still I can't see him losing. Would hate...
when a low level characters wander into the final boss' lair
watching kyara dummy low level criminals is almost as amusing as watching baku run circles around the slaves in a gamble
@catx3
My thinking on that is we already know Fukurou is with Ideal, it would make sense as the senior member of Kakerou he might have had access to Leader's cell or known/be in favor with someone that would get it to him. To be honest I had almost forgotten that he basically cold-called Leader...
Thank you for the batch as always, Team Duwang! Seriously, I speak for all of us when I say you spoil us with your hard work and this type of release schedule.
@Lithe
On the surface it's probably just because hes basically playing as Nobuko right now. He was essentially able to charm her into allowing him to account share. I believe Nobuko is already a high class, meaning he has a huge head start over both Lalo and Baku in terms of stats as well as...
So about Kadokura and Boro saying the loser would have to be a corpse that says no words...did they just assume the loser would be killed in this game, or was it a guarantee that the loser would be purged in the event they survive? I've been assuming the latter, but I guess this becomes one of...
Great chapter.
They've done an awesome job of developing Champ in such a short time. And it's perfectly logical for him to understand that mentality too, considering he had to confront his own weakness in the previous arc.
This game's far from over. Kaji will still have to overcome the partial paralysis of the taser, bet more than Floyd for the gun, and actually resolve himself to shoot and kill another human being. Nothing is ever this straightforward in Usogui. Except for Voja dying apparently.
@Doomroar I was thinking that as well. The gun seems like it wins vs everything. You won't die if you have the iron shield but you still get bashed pretty well. I also completely agree on Kaji's willingness to kill a man with his own hands. Remember, he was absolutely sickened at the Hangman...
Pretty interesting game. The author keeps warning us to not make assumptions though, so I think conventional logic about the weapons and shields should be thrown out a bit until we get more information. The iron shield being so heavy seems like a bigger drawback than Kaji expected.
The...
Interesting concept for a game. Looking forward to seeing it expanded upon.
Kind of funny that Kaji said he would trust Champ to take care of Baku if he lost, as if Champ didn't also bet his game life on this gamble as well.

Hal - Manabe
Kyara - Mitaka
Lalo - Nanpou

Fukurou - ?
Jonglyo - ?
I think Amen is an unassigned referee and appears to be the #2 on the island after Midara. In re-reading the arc since the players got on the island, he...
