I'm impressed with the way Bessho handled the situation. By confronting the first year student that way, she does hurt her, but in the best way possible. It was a clean rejection of her blackmail attempt, and an attempt to sever the girl's feelings, since they would never be reciprocated.

Her friends are really accepting of her, which is nice.

What's with the censored word or phrase on page 4? "So X truly exists?" and "I bet X will also be shocked." X is... what exactly? In another manga, they once censored out part of the word 'tsundere' randomly once, so I figure it is something like that.

Apparently this is being serialized as an 'extra' series, so its chapters are shorter than the other ones in its magazine. Unfortunate, but that's just the way it is, at least for now.

It is a little weird. We never learned the pasts of any characters involved, despite them all constantly referencing their pasts. We get a few glimpses of the relationship between Lu and Wei, but even then there's tons of questions.

Only one chapter is available as of the time I'm making this comment, but so far, this is fantastic. Great art and a very real-feeling story. It's very easy to emphasize with the protagonist because I think most of us have probably felt like she does at one point or another.

I think this is probably cancelled or on hold by the author. He posts some manga still to his Weibo account but not this specific one, at least not this year.

Chapters 1 and 5 are the highlights, but 2-4 are not bad at all. The ending is slightly depressing but it's what she deserved and she still has a good future.
