I feel like this is making a reference to the Shijuku Dungeon game (phone app). Shinjuku Station is the most complex train station in Japan (and probably the world), and some might even say it's a labyrinth because it's easy to get lost in there, which lead to that game being made.
@thegentelman The so-called "normal" body temperature of 98.6 came from a really old study, and it's normal for people to vary, and in particular, for children to have higher temperatures. 36.2 is a bit low, though...

The annoying guy is probably just saying things that he feels are true about himself (he's constantly lashing out because he has an inferiority complex of his own and has nothing else he can do about it), and hearing Jouro acting all resolved made him feel like crap because he has no resolve of...
Wow, I only checked out a few of these because I figured the main page has the most server load of any... but holy cow, 87 of 'em! Some of these are really on point, like the "teachers hate it" and "dermatologists hate her" ones.
The "2D girls in your area" ones were my favorites, but I also loved that they actually linked to an appropriate manga (usually the one whose art was in the ad).
@VladV What if you read it as "100 years earlier [than now]" instead of "100 years earlier [than you actually were born]"? It was probably more ambiguous-sounding in Japanese.
