@1sTAndy
If there's a cooking system & level, people might do it to level past a certain stage of it, but otherwise the only reasons why someone would hunt and cook a lot of chickens is that there's either storage nearby , or they're a very efficient health regaining method due to some reason...
If there was an AI in charge of the game, I think it would've programmed in some event in case you started eating chickens in the middle of their spawning area, something like 'Revenge of the Haunting Chickens', basically a massive aggro event or something.
@KingRagnarok150
Basically everyone he allied with back then were either two-faced / traitors / despicable or patsies / fools / idiots / tricked people
@Inori
It would've been some massive mass conversion rate if that small flower suddenly turned into a human-sized girls.
I was expecting a sprite / fairy though.
@xyzzy
Okay, do go into how she's considered innocent.
-She's part of a group of people who regularly oppress, blackmail or threaten anyone who displeases them (not really her fault as she likely didn't start those encounters, but she never tried to stop them either , and the times we do see...
@xyzzy
Assuming he got there in mind (a few minutes are in question here) and saw the whole event.
Is there any reason he should've stopped it?
They're not friends.
They're not allies.
They're not comrades.
They have nothing in common other than enemies and being adventurers.
@Overlord_Mateus
Second-Hand gear might not be that wanted nor valuable, unless it's actually atleast somewhat better than starting gear, which is likely what he's found so far.
Then repair, cleaning etc. fees would also decrease the profit.
And he would need someone he trusts to sell them...
@Mangareader
Well, archers were meant to soften up enemy formations before a charge, so the only thing that's weird about that is how quickly the cavalry came in after them.
@permisan
If i'm not remembering it wrongly or misunderstanding it, they just didn't want to fight the boss, because if they win, they lose their authority as players, and if they lose, they either die or lose respect and status as the best.
@Nematoda
They know he's likely doing something, but they have no idea whether it affects the enemies by 1% , 5%, 25% , 50% or 80 % etc.
Given that they don't actually see him doing anything, and having no previous references to go by, both by them not having done that particular area before...
@Leo80221
Think it's less of a 'good ' or 'evil' type of white and black mages, and more of a 'beneficial / healing' vs 'cursing / debuffing' comparison
@Nematoda
It's not that they think he's not doing anything, it's that they don't actually know how effective the things he's doing are.
If they were to actually do the exact same thing with and without him, on screen at the same time or right after eachother, they would probably be able to...
@GerryCerryBery
There was this other novel (might have had a manga adaptation as well, not sure), where the MC is able to travel between modern Japan and a fantasy world through a mirror.
He explains that there's 5 steps / grades / divisions of beastmen, from 1) Just ears and/or tails to 5)...
@Hamin
One thing to keep in mind though, is that most of his 'women' belong to races that tend to have pretty long lifespans.
Meaning, there'll be plenty of time to get around to that problem if he's still alive at that time as well.
