Walls of text and the two beast girls irked me to rate 5/10. Too many wasted panels, with context just copied to the next.
Characters lack depth as does the story.
Art too is at most mediocre.
Honestly I was expecting the last scene to be that they were having doggy and then the doggy was watching next to them, quietly panting, eating doggy food.
So this is the point where the old mage gets killed and he bestows his lifelong goal to Abel - either directly by Abel or then by some accident where they have to fight together after first battle
