The scenery in that last panel makes me question something. like who thought that was good enough to publish? 🙃

I thought this was part of the Locoa spin-off series all through the first read-through. And was wondering why there was so much character development in a spin-off series. That being said, has the art changed? Or, the scan quality? I don't know.

The stupid look on his face is starting to annoy me. Also, it becomes REAL creepy REAL fast, when, one minute you have him say something like "I AM a 33-year-old inside" and the next minute ogling underage girls. You either forget the age thing and go with him reliving his youth OR you have him...

The anime is slightly better because it cuts a lot of this kind of bullshit out. Not enough but a good amount.
