The middle part of this chapter was very hard to follow, I could not understand the conversation around them meeting this hero until she challenged him to a fight.
I absolutely loved the accent going on here. It's very New York and I love it. Chances are the original was similarly incomprehensible to someone not in the area.
There's some spelling, grammar, and typesetting errors throughout, but the context makes it understandable. Could probably use an editor with an eye for such things.
I just saw this series for the first time, and I think this chapter was the one I needed to keep me reading it. There's enough of a hook now that I'm curious.
Thank you very much.
I think it would've been possible for him to fall in love with Yuning if it hadn't been for how forceful she was during the time when he was trying to escape with his sworn brother. His opinion of her at that time DID truly change.
Idk about ya'll but even with all my knowledge if I were to try to get by on my own in a radically different country even within the real world, I'd probably be less confident. Especially since I wouldn't want to stand out if my origin was a little suspicious (IE: Fallen).
Mad respect to this character, he accomplished so much with maybe the biggest handicap he could have. And instead of being like 'well this is the best I could do' he even goes so far to say that if he had time he'd still accomplish more, but is so vexed by knowing that he just doesn't have that...
Looking at the comments here about people supposedly angry at this release, and yet, whatever translation they were talking about before was removed. It's not even an option here anymore.
